Returns/Exchanges
Exchange Policy
In the event of an incorrect size, the first exchange is free of charge. The customer only pays the return shipping costs.
Please contact us within 30 days of ordering at wolinds@gmail.com.
Refund
You will receive a notification after inspecting the return. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
For delays exceeding 15 business days, please contact us.
Delivery Delays
No returns are accepted for delays due to logistics or peak season (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas) within 20 business days.
An automatic refund will be issued for non-arrival within 3 weeks.
Important Information
Rejected packages: No refunds unless automatically returned to us.
Pre-orders: No refunds prior to delivery, but returns are possible after receipt.
Multiple orders with pre-orders: Shipments will be made on the pre-order date.
Incorrect address/missed delivery: We will notify you immediately. In the event of a return or loss due to an address error, a $25 processing fee will be retained or a free replacement will be sent.
